The goal of the webinar is to provide the tools and understanding needed to handle every potential customer with precision and quality.

The webinar will revolve around three key areas: 1) Customer Analysis & Identification, 2) Market Validation and 3) Competitor analysis.

The webinar will provide methods on how to thoroughly understand our potential customers as well as identifying exactly what value each of these are looking for.

Further, details are provided on tools for market validation and especially “problem & solution validation”. For this part, knowledge is taken from the theories of the Lean Startup and the use of the Javelin Board for hypothesis testing.

Lastly, focus is set on the assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors, which is key in order to define a proper commercialization strategy.

Alessia Melasecche Germini is partner and board member of META Group, where she operates as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Expert. Alessia has more than 18 years of experience in supporting exploitation and dissemination of research results, awareness raising on entrepreneurship, drawing up SMEs and entrepreneurship policies, critic analysis of economic factors of the market, evaluating and assessing business ideas. She graduated in Economy and Business with an international PhD (Italy, France, Poland) in Internationalization of SMEs. Since 2005 up to 2011, she was adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Economy and Business, University of Studies of Perugia, Italy
